We take every care to ensure that product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, due to lighting, device settings, or stock variation, there may be slight differences in colour or packaging. All products are subject to availability.
 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept most major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
 

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Lost Boy Cosmetics is not liable for delays due to third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
 

5. No Refunds / No Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items—including unopened or unused goods.

This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we will address the issue accordingly.
 

6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier and recipient. We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

We advise using tracked delivery methods and entering accurate details at checkout.
 

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the full ingredients list before purchase. We cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. Lost Boy Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
