SHIPPING POLICY

📦 Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
 

🚚 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

• Standard UK Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days from dispatch

• Express UK Delivery (if available): Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
 

📬 Shipping Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Lost Boy Cosmetics is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by the courier

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

• Lost, stolen, or unclaimed parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
 

🔁 Undeliverable Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
