At Lost Boy Cosmetics, due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any cosmetic items — whether opened or unopened.
This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure the integrity and safety of our products.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lost-boy.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution if appropriate.
 

❗ Important Notes

• We are not responsible for items damaged in transit by the courier, but we will do our best to help where possible.

• Refunds will not be issued for delays in delivery or change-of-mind purchases.
