📦 Shipping Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier and recipient. Lost Boy Cosmetics is not liable for:

• Delays caused by courier services

• Parcels marked as delivered but not received

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen items after dispatch

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are unable to amend addresses once an order is placed.

❗ Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply
